I love to be in front of a room! Engage me for a single or series of Monday Morning Meetings, study group meetings, or other virtual or in person trainings. Past topics include prospecting strategies, language, mindset, understanding dopamine and working with families with special needs. 

If you're an NM leader you're wearing multiple hats, spinning countless plates and likely also trying to be present with your family. In short, stuffing 10 pounds of potatoes in a 5 pound bag at all times. 

I can be a thought partner, confidante, problem identifier and help create solutions. I am self-aware enough to know I don't have all the answers, but I know the right questions to ask and firmly believe when the right people are involved that solutions emerge. 

FastTrack Academy was life and career changing  and I'm a proud member of class number 237 in 2013. I was determined to attend and basically negotiated my way into my FastTrack nomination as I was shy of the necessary criteria. (Not necessarily the strategy I'd use again!) 

As your tutor we will  focus on creating and executing your focused plan to get your butt to Milwaukee for this amazing experience. 

I am a certified Essential Facilitation facilitator, and am adept at engaging a group around a shared agenda, getting clear outcomes and navigating difficult conversations with strong personalities. I keep groups on task, know when to pivot and keep things fun!
